Each client will be assigned a dedicated project manager. This single POC will be on all calls & facilitate the majority of client communication, providing cohesiveness and making sure that all technical requirements are defined within the proper business context. In the background, your project manager will be coordinating a roster of expert data analysts, scientists, & engineers to get  the job done.

Our solutions are vendor-agnostic and we seek to identify the best technology fit for a specific problem. We are well versed in both open source & paid technologies and we are able to adapt according to your needs; however, an analytics optimized warehouse (such as Redshift, SnowFlake or BigQuery) is necessary for all clients.

Our minimum engagement includes 8 hours per week. If you have a project that requires less than 8 hours per week, then we recommend that you hire a freelancer.

Our minimum engagement is one month, however, we aim for commitments of at least 3 months. We are committed to the success of our clients, and we've come to learn that most analytics efforts take some time to see through.

We believe our rates to be competitive based on the current market and the value we deliver. We understand that for young startups our fees may seem quite substantial and for that reason, we only work with venture-funded start-ups and well-established SMBs.
